HR/Payroll Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR/Payroll Administrator to join our team at Office Angels. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team and assisting with payroll-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage HR in box, responding to employee queries and forwarding policy/payroll requests as necessary
  • Collate monthly payroll changes using the Cascade system and email requests
  • Assist the Head of HR with ad-hoc policy/process improvements and support internal recruitment efforts
  • Provide strong administrative support, including IT, Outlook, and Excel skills
Requirements:
  • UK HR knowledge highly desirable, with some understanding of starter/leaver processes and contracts
  • Positive energy and a supportive attitude towards the Head of HR
Working Arrangements:
  • Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
  • Mayfair Office, London - fully office-based
  • £12-£15 per hour, 25k-30k per annum
