About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enforcement Agent to join our team at Novax Recruitment Ltd. As an Enforcement Agent, you will play a crucial role in visiting debtors' properties to arrange payment of outstanding debts, setting up and agreeing repayment arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visiting debtors' properties to arrange payment of outstanding debts and setting up repayment arrangements.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and empathy to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Conducting thorough investigations to identify debtors' whereabouts and taking control of goods where necessary.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 rising to £30,000 following completion of probation, with an OTE of £50,000 - £55,000.

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving license held for at least 2 years.

  • A Level 2 Diploma in Removal of Goods.
