Daily Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and nail care, customized to meet individual client needs.
  • Ensure a high standard of service to provide a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all clients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper use of spa equipment.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
  • Promote spa services and products based on client consultations.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the industry to enhance your skills.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations set by the company.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses an NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Exhibits a genuine passion for health, wellness, and customer service.
  • Capable of building rapport and trust with clients.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

While prior experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role is advantageous, knowledge of ELEMIS products and treatments is also desirable. A NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or a willingness to pursue further qualifications is beneficial.
