Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at CV Library. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via email, phone, and Teams
  • Configure equipment for installations, repairs, and surveys
  • Prepare customer media using our bespoke software
  • Support other departments internally
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, involving various aspects of project delivery

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, able to interact with all staff in a courteous and clear manner
  • Comfortable using Windows-based machines and familiar with networking protocols and serial protocols
  • Flexible approach to working hours and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Self-disciplined with good planning and organizational skills
  • Experience with repairs on electrical and electronic components, such as soldering, cable repairs, and Molex crimping
  • Full UK driving license or equivalent and valid passport for global travel
  • Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office packages and Windows OS
