Our client is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Manager to join their Development department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a team of technical support staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 10 technical support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Analyze the company's UK support requirements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Review and optimize department processes to enhance customer response and servicing.
  • Oversee the recruitment and training of new technical support staff members.
  • Address customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in managing a team in a dynamic customer-facing environment.
  • Experience with departmental budget control and financial oversight.
  • Good technical knowledge, educated to degree level or equivalent in electronics, mechanical, or related discipline.
  • High level of familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
