Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team in Child and Adolescent Eating Disorders. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing diagnosis, management, and consultation for complex mental health presentations to the under 18 population.
Key Responsibilities- Provision of the psychiatric component of the CAMHS tier 3 service to the under 18 population in the Eating Disorder CAMHS Team.
- Assessment of young people's mental state, formulation of diagnosis, and monitoring of risks.
- Providing consultation, advice, and support to professionals in the wider network of the young person and/or family.
We are looking for a Consultant Psychiatrist with:
- MRCPsych or equivalent qualification.
- MBBS or equivalent qualification.
- Full GMC Registration.
- Section 12 Approval.
- Certificate of completion of relevant Specialist Training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychiatry of Learning Disability (or within 6 months).
