Job Summary

Adecco is seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Development Representative to join our expanding team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, selling into existing and new accounts, and collaborating with our area sales team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Utilize your exceptional cold calling skills and internet research to generate leads via various channels.
  • Sales and Account Management: Demonstrate your ability to sell into existing and new accounts, efficiently cross-selling and upselling.
  • Time Management and Organization: Work independently, using your excellent time management skills to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate and communicate effectively with your area sales team and area representatives, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • Administrative Tasks: Apply your organisational skills and multitasking abilities to handle a wide range of tasks efficiently.
  • Technical Skills: Utilise your general IT skills and office skills to maintain accurate records and utilise relevant software effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Show attention to detail in all aspects of your work, ensuring accurate order processing and customer information.
  • Communication Skills: Showcase your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in providing exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships.

Requirements:

  • Previous Sales Experience: A track record of success in sales or looking to step into a career in sales, previous experience selling into existing and new accounts would be beneficial.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your time efficiently.
  • Technical Skills: Good general IT skills
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communication skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Attitude: A positive and enthusiastic attitude that will contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of this team.
