Job Summary

The Technical Sales Engineer will play a critical role in visiting customers across their region to sell Kennametal's extensive range of tooling products. This includes maintaining existing customer relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and exploring new business opportunities. To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of CNC machines and be able to provide process solutions and optimization to current and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer base

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to provide expert advice to customers

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business

• Proven sales experience in a technical field, with a strong understanding of CNC machines and manufacturing processes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide creative solutions to complex problems
