About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Utilize your exceptional cold calling skills and internet research to identify and pursue new business leads.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to effectively sell into existing and new accounts, with a focus on cross-selling and upselling.
  • Time Management: Work independently to manage your time effectively, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with your area sales team and area representatives to foster a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Apply your organizational skills and multitasking abilities to handle a wide range of tasks efficiently.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize your general IT skills and office software to maintain accurate records and utilize relevant tools effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Show attention to detail in all aspects of your work, ensuring accurate order processing and customer information.
  • Communication Skills: Showcase your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in providing exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: A track record of success in sales or looking to step into a career in sales, previous experience selling into existing and new accounts would be beneficial.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your time efficiently.
  • Technical Skills: Good general IT skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communication skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Attitude: A positive and enthusiastic attitude that will contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of our team.
