We are seeking experienced Adult Registered Clinicians, including Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Paramedics, to join our team as Disability Assessors. As a Disability Assessor, you will play a vital role in conducting thorough and accurate assessments of individuals applying for the Personal Independence Payment (PIP).
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth consultations with claimants to assess the impact of their health conditions on daily living and mobility.
- Use various assessment methods to ensure that every claimant feels heard, understood, and supported during their PIP journey.
- Produce detailed, high-quality reports that reflect your clinical knowledge and expertise.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure that claimants receive fair and accurate assessments.
- Minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience as an Adult Registered Clinician.
- Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Strong communication, proficient typing, and excellent IT skills.
- A hybrid working model that combines home-based work with on-site presence.
