About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Therapeutic Project Worker to join our team at Milestone, a high-support residential service for individuals with complex needs and a history of offending.

As a Therapeutic Project Worker, you will be responsible for working with our residents to develop and implement personalized care and support plans, utilizing a person-centered approach and therapeutic principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team
  • Engage with residents through group work and activities, promoting social skills and emotional well-being
  • Provide individual support to enable residents to make informed choices about their future
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in a mental health setting, utilizing a person-centered approach
  • A good understanding of the complex needs of individuals with forensic histories
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
