Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other external agencies.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a stable and loving environment, ensuring each young person achieves positive outcomes and learning experiences.
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each young person.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean, safe, and healthy environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Level 3 or 4 Children and Young People's Workforce qualification or equivalent.
- At least 1 year's experience supporting young people in a children's residential setting.
- Full UK manual driving license (preferred).
