They are currently in search of a Customer Service Consultant for their automotive service center.
They are looking for a proactive individual who can take initiative and collaborate effectively with the existing team in a bustling service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Consultant, your primary role will be to provide a welcoming and efficient reception, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Core Duties:
- To warmly welcome all clients and promptly address their needs.
- To gather and document comprehensive customer and vehicle information along with a precise description of the required services.
- To communicate with the Senior Customer Service Consultant/Service Manager regarding the status of vehicles in the service area.
- To notify clients of any delays in service completion.
- To manage the service department's workload effectively.
- To inform clients of any services that could not be performed and schedule future appointments for completion.
- To prepare invoices for both cash and account customers.
- To present invoices to cash customers and process payments prior to vehicle release.
- To handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
- To ensure that warranty-related information is accurately recorded on the service documentation.
- To coordinate with the Parts Department regarding parts ordered for vehicles in service.
- To maintain organized records of service documentation.
- To assist in achieving sales objectives as outlined by the Aftersales Service Manager.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in the automotive industry is essential.
- Strong background in customer service and administrative roles.
- Ambition to advance into a more senior position with increased responsibilities.
- Adaptable mindset and a positive demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a sales or customer service environment.
- Valid driving license.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
