They are looking for a proactive individual who can take initiative and collaborate effectively with the existing team in a bustling service environment.

Key Responsibilities:


As a Customer Service Consultant, your primary role will be to provide a welcoming and efficient reception, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

You will uphold high standards of service quality and contribute to ongoing process enhancements.

Core Duties:

  • To warmly welcome all clients and promptly address their needs.
  • To gather and document comprehensive customer and vehicle information along with a precise description of the required services.
  • To communicate with the Senior Customer Service Consultant/Service Manager regarding the status of vehicles in the service area.
  • To notify clients of any delays in service completion.
  • To manage the service department's workload effectively.
  • To inform clients of any services that could not be performed and schedule future appointments for completion.
  • To prepare invoices for both cash and account customers.
  • To present invoices to cash customers and process payments prior to vehicle release.
  • To handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
  • To ensure that warranty-related information is accurately recorded on the service documentation.
  • To coordinate with the Parts Department regarding parts ordered for vehicles in service.
  • To maintain organized records of service documentation.
  • To assist in achieving sales objectives as outlined by the Aftersales Service Manager.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in the automotive industry is essential.
  • Strong background in customer service and administrative roles.
  • Ambition to advance into a more senior position with increased responsibilities.
  • Adaptable mindset and a positive demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
