Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing high-quality food, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation
    • Prepare delicious and high-quality food that meets our customers' expectations
    • Follow food safety and handling procedures to ensure the quality and safety of our food
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
    • Resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with our team members to achieve our goals and objectives
    • Support and assist colleagues as needed to ensure the smooth operation of our business
  • Housekeeping
    • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
    • Report any maintenance or repair issues to our facilities team

Requirements

  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
