Your Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our adult gaming centre and contributing to a positive environment for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout their visit.
  • Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company procedures and regulations.
  • Ensure all customers comply with Gambling Commission guidelines and promote responsible gaming practices.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere within the venue.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide seamless service and support across all areas of the centre.
