We are seeking a highly capable Retail Manager to take charge of our team at Gatwick airport. As a Retail Manager, you will have a critical role in driving the success of our store.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspire and lead the team to deliver an exceptional customer service experience
  • Coach and develop the team to achieve sales targets and uphold store standards
  • Collaborate with peers and Customer Service Leaders to ensure seamless operations
  • Maximize department and category performance to optimize overall store success
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
What You Need:
  • Proven track record in successfully managing a team within a retail customer service and sales environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to engage and influence both internal and external customers
  • Self-motivated, passionate, enthusiastic, and a natural team leader
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to handle day-to-day store operations
