About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to provide high-level administrative support to our inhouse legal team. As an Executive Assistant to Inhouse Counsel, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate business schedules, diaries, and collation of relevant paperwork in line with appointments and meetings
  • Prepare for meetings, including provision of supplies and refreshments, meeting room bookings, and travel and accommodation arrangements where necessary
  • Meet and greet high-level meeting attendees and delegates
  • Manage all email inboxes and correspondence, responding in a professional and timely manner
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to monitor work deadlines and advise where necessary
  • Maintain business processes and procedures to ensure continuity and strive for improvements across the business
  • Provide project support, business development, and stakeholder care on behalf of the business
Requirements

The successful candidate will have prior experience as a PA supporting a senior Director in a fast-paced, varied, and evolving environment. You must also have experience within a similar industry or sector.
