Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Portakabin. As a key member of our Site Accommodation business unit, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance and developing our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow our presence in the region
  • Maintain and grow existing relationships with key clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve commercial goals
  • Utilize a range of tools and media content to understand current and future needs for winning business in the competitive construction accommodation sector

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in strategic account management, relationship building, problem resolution, opportunity development, and collaborative working
  • Wealth of experience building credible, high-level business relationships
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, persuade, and problem-solve
  • Experience working in or with the education sector
  • Technical, face-to-face selling and order-winning experience
  • Full UK driving license
