Job Title: Client Manager/Accounts Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Manager/Accounts Senior to join our team at International People Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of international clients and driving growth through effective account management and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of international clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with the product team to identify and solve client issues, providing solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the COO to establish and manage sales workflows and organizational processes.
  • Identify and implement sales tools and platforms to enhance sales performance.
  • Lead the identification, implementation, and management of sales tools and platforms.
  • Contribute to the development of the CSM team, with opportunities for career growth and advancement.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in digital advertising sales, with a focus on customer relationship and account management.
  • Experience selling SAAS and mobile advertising, ideally in the mobile gaming industry.
  • Knowledge of the mobile advertising ecosystem, particularly user acquisition.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced international and multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot and other sales/Customer Success/project management tools.
  • Experience managing a CSM or account management team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to break down problems and think through optimal solutions.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Exhibits integrity, humility, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy.
  • Fluent in English, with another European language a plus.
