Senior Communications Director - Property

Pathfinders, an award-winning specialist property communications consultancy, is seeking an ambitious senior comms professional to join our team as a Senior Communications Director - Property.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced PR Account Director or Senior Account Manager looking to take the next step in their career. As a Senior Communications Director - Property, you will be responsible for developing business and client relationships, managing and developing a team of PR Account Managers and Executives, and contributing to the strategic direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective communications strategies for our property clients
  • Manage and mentor a team of PR professionals to deliver exceptional results
  • Represent the agency at industry functions and events
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and client relationships

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property PR or a related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
