Job Title: International Freight Forwarding Travel/Admin Coordinator

Company: DHL Global Forwarding (UK) Limited

Location: London (Hayes)

Contract Type: 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

Hours: per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking of UK hire cars and taxis, including all administration tasks related to this.
  • Liaising with Transport Team to arrange hotel bookings, flights, and hire cars.
  • Clearing invoices and documenting them.
  • Sending emails to suppliers and following up on quotations.
  • Communicating with Accounts Payable for invoice queries and payments.
  • Developing relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Responding to customer inquiries promptly.
  • Adhering to Customs Compliance procedures.
  • Updating customer complaints system with necessary inputs.
  • Ensuring compliance with company Code of Conduct and other requirements.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement programs.
  • Completing all mandatory training as required.

Requirements:

  • Results-driven with attention to detail
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and perform under pressure
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • High level of IT skills
  • Good knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel
  • Minimum of 5 x GCSE passes including English and Maths
  • 2 x A level pass A-C or equivalent qualification
