Educational Pathways Coordinator – School Engagement and Recruitment
Part Time 22 hours – Term time + 1 week
Are you a motivating individual? Do you possess strong presentation skills? Can you effectively engage both groups and individuals? Join North Lincolnshire Council as a School Engagement & Recruitment Coordinator and become an integral part of our innovative Educational Pathways team. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the visibility of our educational offerings by planning, organizing, and facilitating engaging events both on-site and at various educational institutions throughout the region.
As a pivotal contact, you will actively cultivate and maintain the robust relationships we have established with schools and the community, while also exploring new and creative strategies to introduce our educational programs.
The ability to manage multiple engagements throughout the week, along with strong organizational and time management skills, is essential for this role.
Given that the position requires travel across the region, flexibility is necessary as some events may occur during evenings or occasionally on weekends, with prior notice provided.
