Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fundraising Manager to join our team in Merseyside. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with diverse audiences to achieve financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to meet financial targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, community groups, and individual donors.
  • Manage and coordinate fundraising events, campaigns, and appeals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and evaluate fundraising performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in fundraising, preferably in a charity or non-profit organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Knowledge of fundraising best practices and trends, with a commitment to innovation and excellence.
