Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Advanced Customer Assistant to join our team at World Duty Free - WDF. As an Advanced Customer Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, building rapport with customers, and providing them with an enjoyable journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Deliver an individualized world-class service experience for every customer, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Sales and Service: Maximize sales opportunities using world-class service skills and knowledge of products and promotions.
- Team Support: Support the Customer Service Leader in inspiring the team and acting as a role model.
- Store Operations: Open and close the store, run the store, and deliver briefings to the team in the absence of the Customer Service Leader.
- Personal Development: Demonstrate positive personal behaviors and a can-do attitude, working independently or as part of a team to achieve operational standards across the store.
