What's the Opportunity?

As a Retail Sales Assistant at ScS, you'll be part of a dynamic team in our Norwich store, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, providing expert advice on our range of furniture products. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you'll be responsible for meeting sales targets and contributing to the store's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and engage with customers, providing a personalized shopping experience
  • Accurately process customer orders and finance applications
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the store's overall performance
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and services
  • Perform other duties as required to support the store's operations
