Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced EMEA Sales Manager to join our team at C&M Travel Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key accounts across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets in the EMEA region.
  • Build and Manage Key Accounts: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors across the EMEA region.
  • Lead and Train the Trade Sales Team: Provide guidance and support to the trade sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Provide Training and Support: Deliver training and support to travel trade partners to help them understand and sell our products effectively.
  • Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that support sales growth and product promotion.
  • Represent the Business: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to build relationships and promote our products.

Requirements:

  • Extensive Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the luxury travel industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in a second language, such as Spanish, French, or Italian, in addition to English.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the EMEA travel industry and its trends.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales and Marketing Tools: Knowledge of sales and marketing tools and technologies.
  • Flexibility: Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
