About the Role

C&M Travel Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Luxury Travel Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a small, destination-specific sales team and driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive team environment that fosters collaboration and growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve their full potential.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the luxury travel industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the luxury travel industry and market trends.
