Key Responsibilities

Manage Tribunal Appeals: Draft and prepare responses while adhering to judicial timelines.

Representation at Hearings: Attend and represent the organization at SEND Tribunal hearings.

Support Legal Processes: Aid in the management of appeals effectively.

Facilitate Multi-Agency Meetings: Prepare case documentation, take detailed notes, and ensure follow-up on action items.

Data Management: Monitor appeal trends and maintain precise records for reporting and analysis.

Financial Oversight: Maintain accurate financial records related to specialist expenditures.

Database Maintenance: Ensure that all relevant databases are current and accurate.

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Education, or a related field.

Professional Experience:
