An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager at GLlM, a prominent college group in the UK, renowned for its substantial capital initiatives.

We are in search of a driven professional with relevant experience to become a vital part of our capital projects team. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with the Director and senior leadership to oversee project management processes, including initiation, change management, project streams, handover, and closure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing project control processes and ensuring compliance with construction safety standards.
  • Exhibiting strong communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Developing project initiation documents and defining roles and responsibilities for Project Boards and User Groups.
  • Identifying and controlling risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Organizing and leading meetings, preparing reports, and facilitating project handover and closure activities.

Furthermore, the Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining robust health and safety protocols, representing the Director in discussions with both internal and external parties, and undertaking additional duties as necessary.
