We are looking for a **Credit Control Supervisor **to join us at **Huws Gray Llangefni (Head Office)**
- This role is based on 47.5 hours per week with flexible start times, with 12 Saturday AMs worked per year._

We rely on our Credit Control Supervisors to support the Manager and the Credit Controllers to ensure we are running an effective and efficient Credit Control Function. Working in our Head Office, you’ll be part of a team where everyone is putting the effort in to offer brilliant customer service and to get the job done.

Here’s a quick overview of some of the things you can expect to do as a **Credit Control Supervisor** with Huws Gray:

- Supporting the team in a hands on capacity.
- Managing reporting and highlighting any annomolies in data
- Supporting the management of team performance, development and training issues via 1:1 coaching.
- Responsible for any Portal queries over £10k and all relevant checks
- Preparing and recommending everything above £30k for approval by a manager/director.
- Shared closing end of month period between supervisors
- Shared rota of Card and Cheque payments
- Liquidation papers via areas

- Ideally hold or working towards CICM qualification or other recognised finance qualification
- Ability to work confidently and demonstrate professional integrity
- Experience in credit control processes
- Experience in using various ERP systems with the ability to easily pick up new systems
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work effectively
