Cash & Banking Supervisor

We are looking for a **Cash & Banking Supervisor **join us in **Llangefni**
**Monday - Friday 7:30AM-5:00PM**

We rely on our **Cash & Banking Superviors **to oversee the day-to-day cash operations of the Group, ensuring that all cash transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. Working in one of our central support functions you’ll be part of a team where everyone is putting the effort in to offer fantastic support to our business and to get the job done.

Here’s a quick overview of some of the things you can expect to do as a Cash & Banking Supervisor with Huws Gray:

- Reconciling of daily banking transactions on the Group’s banking platforms and be the point of contact for all queries relating to cash and banking
- Reviewing and raising queries where discrepancies arise, and liaising with branch colleagues and other members of the finance team for escalation and clearance
- Bank account reconciliations across all entities each month
- Maintenance of bank accounts, documents and relevant information within the Group
- The Supervisor will help train and support the team and take the lead on relationships with other functions including Operations, Loss Prevention, AP and AR
- You will report to and support the Senior Operational Finance Manager, and also support the wider Finance Team with ad-hoc tasks, assist in project work where applicable and be involved in daily, weekly, monthly reporting as necessary

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- An ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure
- A keen eye for detail, with accurate and timely data entry skills
- IT literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Good organisation and prioritisation skills
- Strong team player with a can-do attitude, along with the ability to work on own initiative
