Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Enforcement Agent to join our team in the West Midlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for visiting properties, communicating with customers, and resolving debt issues in a professional and respectful manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit properties to collect debt payments and negotiate payment plans
  • Communicate with customers to understand their financial situations and provide guidance on debt management
  • Work with customers to resolve debt issues and prevent further action
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve debt recovery outcomes
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with customers
  • Excellent communication skills to negotiate and resolve debt issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Resilience and problem-solving skills to handle challenging situations
