Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Enforcement Agent to join our team in the West Midlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for visiting properties, communicating with customers, and resolving debt issues in a professional and respectful manner.
Key Responsibilities- Visit properties to collect debt payments and negotiate payment plans
- Communicate with customers to understand their financial situations and provide guidance on debt management
- Work with customers to resolve debt issues and prevent further action
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve debt recovery outcomes
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with customers
- Excellent communication skills to negotiate and resolve debt issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Resilience and problem-solving skills to handle challenging situations
