Funding Administrator Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Funding Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our funding team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the funding team, including managing documentation, maintaining records, and organizing meetings.
  2. Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication regarding funding processes and requirements.
  3. Data Management: Input and maintain accurate data in funding systems, tracking and reporting on the status of applications and funding allocations.
  4. Documentation: Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of funding applications and reports, ensuring compliance with guidelines and deadlines.
  5. Organization: Manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of funding activities.

Requirements:

  1. Enhanced DBS: Must have an enhanced DBS check dated within a year or on the update service.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills.
  4. Administration Skills: High-level administration and organizational skills.

Contract Information:

eXede Ltd is acting as an Employment Business and the successful applicant will be engaged by the agency on a PAYE basis.
