About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Director. This is a key role that will play a crucial part in shaping our research and policy agenda.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, fundraise for, lead, and manage a significant programme of high-quality research.
  • Represent the team at the highest levels of government, politics, business, academia, the voluntary sector, and the media.
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships and influence public policy.
  • Combine intellectual flair, innovative thinking, and political knowledge with the ability to manage and oversee a wide-ranging agenda and a team of expert researchers.
Requirements
  • High-quality published research experience.
  • Excellent project, budget, corporate planning, and people management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
