Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conference Research Coordinator to join our Editorial team. The successful candidate will assist in producing conferences on key issues, researching emerging trends, and coordinating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze emerging trends and issues in energy, environment, infrastructure, and transport
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including speakers, delegates, and sponsors
  • Assist in drafting agendas, invitations, and conference materials
  • Attend and contribute to the smooth operation of conferences and seminars
  • Provide administrative support to the Editorial team

Requirements:

  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
  • Experience in policy, conference production, or a related field
