We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Policy Research Coordinator to join our Editorial team at Westminster Forum Projects. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping us produce high-quality conferences on important policy issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on policy issues, emerging trends, and potential speakers to inform our conference programs.
  • Conference Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating conferences, including drafting agendas, invitations, and conference materials.
  • Liaison and Communication: Liaise with speakers, parliamentary chairs, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth conference operations.
  • Event Management: Assist in the planning and execution of seminars, receptions, and other events.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in policy, conference production, or a related field. You should have excellent written communication skills, quick learning abilities, and strong diplomacy and problem-solving skills.
