Business Development Manager – Scotland & Ireland

As a Business Development Manager at Meridian Business Support, you will be responsible for driving growth in the industrial equipment area by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in target markets. Your key objective will be to develop and execute strategies to expand our client base and drive sales growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development plans to expand our client base and drive sales growth.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including departmental heads and decision-makers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets, leveraging your expertise in industrial equipment sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions for our clients.
  • Plan and prepare product demonstrations, communicate solutions to prospective clients, and prepare quotations.
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand value propositions and articulate the benefits to clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to evaluate options.
  • Organized and self-motivated, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
