Business Development Manager

Meridian Business Support is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth in the industrial equipment area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for attracting new regional industrial equipment accounts and identifying key departmental heads who influence final decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand our client base and drive sales growth.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including departmental heads and decision-makers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets, leveraging your expertise in industrial equipment sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions for our clients.
  • Plan and prepare product demonstrations, communicate solutions to prospective clients, and prepare quotations.
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets by driving business growth and expanding our client base.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate the benefits of our solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate options and drive results.
  • Organized and self-motivated, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
