  • Set priorities and coordinate the day-to-day activities of engineering technicians.
  • Support the delivery of planned preventive maintenance program.
  • Drive maintenance effectiveness and maintenance strategy improvements.
  • Identify and prioritize multiple areas of work, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure safe work practices are implemented and escalate any safety or quality issues immediately and effectively following site systems.
  • Deputize for area engineering manager as required.
  • Complete and oversee management of change as required.
  • Support any Safety and Quality investigations.
  • Liaise with contractors, defining scope of works and planning activities.
  • Facilitate timely remediation of equipment issues and drive effective root cause analysis.
