Daily Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and inspire the front of house team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Perform Duty Manager responsibilities, including being a key holder and managing building access during opening and closing hours, along with crisis management support.
- Manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide continuous coaching and support to team members.
- Ensure that all members and guests receive a warm welcome and prompt assistance.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with efficiency and professionalism.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere and maintain a clean and organized front of house area.
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including managing bookings, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance member engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within customer service or hospitality.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences.
- Good organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and demonstrate credibility.
- Basic financial understanding and experience with budgeting and reporting.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in computer systems and software, including CRM systems, is desirable.
