Job Summary:

Adecco is partnering with a leading distribution company to find a skilled Transport Administrator to join their team at their Head Office. As a Transport Administrator, you will be responsible for managing drivers, handling customer inquiries, and processing transport-related documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driver Management: Ensure drivers are properly managed, including scheduling, tracking, and monitoring their activities.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Transport Documentation: Process and manage transport-related documents, including PODs and other relevant paperwork.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all transport operations are in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
