**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a commercial building in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out general building maintenance in a commercial environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks on mechanical and electrical systems
- Monitor and maintain air conditioning and heating systems
- Perform plumbing and water treatment tasks
- Monitor and maintain building management systems
- Carry out repairs and maintenance on pumps and motors
**Requirements:**
- Experience working in a commercial building environment
- Mechanical or electrical qualifications (NVQ 2 or 3 / C&G)
- DBS clearance
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Good communication and customer service skills
