About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Coach to join our team at Maximus. As a Performance Coach, you will play a critical role in driving a high-performance culture across our Employment Advisor teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, share, and model good practice and provide development support to underperforming Advisors.
  • Conduct one-to-one observations, co-facilitate appointments, and provide feedback to Advisors to ensure they have a clear understanding of high-performance behaviors.
  • Improve individual performance of Advisors through coaching and development support.
  • Facilitate and co-facilitate induction sessions on employability topics and deliver best practice training to established teams.
  • Collaborate with Business and Operations Managers to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address underperformance.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to Advisors to support their development and improvement.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Employment Advisor or Employability Coach.
  • Proven success in achieving targets and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and inform decision-making.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
