About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Coach to join our team at Maximus. As a Performance Coach, you will play a critical role in driving a high-performance culture across our Employment Advisor teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, share, and model good practice and provide development support to underperforming Advisors.
- Conduct one-to-one observations, co-facilitate appointments, and provide feedback to Advisors to ensure they have a clear understanding of high-performance behaviors.
- Improve individual performance of Advisors through coaching and development.
- Facilitate induction sessions on employability topics and deliver best practice training to established teams.
- Collaborate with Business and Operations Managers to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address underperformance.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to Advisors to ensure they meet performance expectations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Employment Advisor or Employability Coach.
- Proven success in achieving targets and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and inform decision-making.
- Strong planning and organization skills.
