About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Trainee to join our dynamic team at Staff Selection UK. As a Sales Trainee, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive Training: Engage in our in-house training program, designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in sales.
  • Sales Growth: Identify and manage sales opportunities to achieve and exceed company targets, contributing to the growth of our business.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster long-lasting and rewarding relationships with our clients, generating business from new and existing customers.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update our internal customer database, ensuring all records are current and accurate.
  • Maximise Sales: Drive sales by upselling and cross-selling our range of products, ensuring customers receive the best possible solutions.
  • Call Management: Maximise your daily call rate, meeting company-standard call rates and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Product Expertise: Advise customers on our diverse product range, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Follow-Up: Engage with customers by following up on marketing materials, ensuring continued interest and support.
  • Daily Operations: Handle telephone enquiries, process orders, and resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
  • Order Processing: Efficiently manage sales order processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ongoing Development: Participate in regular training sessions to continuously enhance your skills and stay updated on industry trends.
