The Information Management Trainee position offers a unique opportunity within the Data, Funding, and Exams division at Bradford College, ideal for individuals eager to embark on a career in Information Management.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the DFE Officers to guarantee precise and timely execution of planning, data processing, and administrative duties related to Exams/Registrations, Audit, ILR, and timetabling. This position provides invaluable exposure to Management Information Systems (MIS).
As this is an apprenticeship, the structure of the role includes four days of practical training alongside one day dedicated to classroom learning each week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in validating ILR processes and ensuring compliance with audit standards.
- Provide necessary administrative support as required.
- Address enrolment inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Develop an understanding of the current fees policy to facilitate accurate data management for ILR and Audit.
- Collaborate with departmental MIS assistants to ensure data accuracy for monthly ILR submissions and audits.
- Offer effective administrative assistance for the daily operations of enrolment registration, examination, and timetabling.
- Aid in processing achievers and certificates.
- Support the department in preparing for audits.
- Enhance data quality by identifying and addressing training needs.
