About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Controller to join our Accounts and Finance team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd.

As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for contacting customers and homeowners to settle outstanding accounts in a friendly and professional manner.

You will discuss the terms of their account, negotiate repayment plans, and handle delicate situations with tact and sensitivity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer relationships through various communication channels
  • Negotiating repayment plans and resolving outstanding debts
  • Collaborating with Solicitors to pass on unrecoverable debt
  • Reconciling complex accounts and maintaining accurate records

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in Accounts and Finance, with at least one year's experience in a Credit Control function.

You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain good client relationships.

A good standard of education, with a minimum of GCSE to level C/5 in English and Maths, is essential.

You will also have a high standard of competence in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
