Job Title: Development Manager

About the Role:

We are working with a leading privately owned residential developer in the south of England, who are seeking a highly skilled Development Manager to join their senior development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects from early identification/acquisition through the planning process.
  • Work closely with the senior development team to deliver high-profile projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and success.
  • Manage complex residential led schemes through the planning application and appeals process.

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years post-graduate experience as a development manager, development surveyor, or land buyer.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
