About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Global Partner Ecosystem Success team at Red Hat UK Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the creation and execution of go-to-market programs for our hybrid cloud solutions, including Dell APEX Cloud Platform for OpenShift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with our partner strategy and business plan.
  • Engage with sales, marketing, engineering, product management, operations, services, and other stakeholders to drive successful go-to-market execution.
  • Leverage sales pipeline analytics to inform progress and refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Coordinate with partner and product marketing organizations to prioritize, guide, and execute sales plays and campaigns to build pipeline.
  • Orchestrate sales and marketing organizations' motions for go-to-market.
  • Work with stakeholders on offering-related topics, including support enablement, field enablement, and operationalizing partner offerings.
  • Build strategic alignment with industrial edge partners' channels to drive go-to-market programs, solutions development, field enablement, and technical alignment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program and project management with a focus on technology sales enablement and pipeline generation.
  • Consistent track record of delivering meaningful and measurable results on a global scale.
  • Prior experience working with OEM, Solution Integrator, and Channel Partner sales leadership.
  • Working knowledge of relevant technology, such as Kubernetes and Linux, as it relates to Red Hat's products and portfolio.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and geographies within Red Hat and with Dell externally.
  • Creative and curious with a sense of humor and a professional attitude.
