About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Development Representative to join our team at McCurrach. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the soft drinks industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies
  • Participate in sales meetings and presentations to communicate sales strategies and results

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales or business development, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Full valid manual driving license and eligibility to work in the UK
